Job summary

Living Unlimited is seeking a Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator for Moorebank, NSW. Based at the distribution centre, you will be the key contact for customers, stores and carriers, ensuring deliveries run on time and information is communicated clearly.

You will book last-mile deliveries, manage the delivery diary, answer calls, and coordinate with carriers to resolve issues. The role requires diary management, strong admin skills and CRM/Excel competence.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, distribution or delivery scheduling.
• Experience dealing directly with customers by phone, including difficult calls.
• Strong administration skills and good attention to detail.
• Able to manage a diary and prioritise while the phone is busy.
• Good problem solving and sound judgement.
• Confident using CRM, warehouse and scheduling systems, and competent in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Book all last-mile deliveries directly with customers and manage the delivery diary, confirmations, reminders, reschedules and cancellations.
• Answer incoming calls to the distribution centre and make outgoing calls to customers for confirmations, delivery times, changes and follow-up.
• Check delivery readiness before booking, special requirements, access restrictions, and that the order is released and approved for delivery.
• Allocate delivery jobs to the right carrier according to capability, service area and vehicle capacity, and sort out day-to-day scheduling problems.
• Monitor deliveries against agreed carrier service standards and follow up outstanding proof of delivery.
• Coordinate customer returns, exchanges and reverse logistics bookings.
• Act as the distribution centre's contact for retail stores on stock, delivery timing and order status.
• Investigate failed deliveries and carrier incidents, and elevate issues that can't be resolved at Coordinator level.

The Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator books customer deliveries and coordinates the movement of orders from the distribution centre to the customer's home. We're looking for someone reliable and organised to take on this role at our Moorebank distribution centre, a key point of contact for our customers, retail stores and carriers.

The role
