Job summary

Qube is seeking a Fleet Allocator for our Moorebank NSW operations to coordinate daily transport movements, monitor schedules and maximise fleet utilisation. You will work with drivers, customers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate records within our Transport Management System.

About the Opportunity

Join our Moorebank operations team as a Fleet Allocator and play a vital role in ensuring freight is moved safely, efficiently and on schedule. This position is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment and enjoys working closely with drivers, customers and operational teams to deliver outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating and allocating daily transport movements to meet customer and operational requirements
• Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring freight movements are completed on time
• Managing driver and fleet utilisation to maximise operational efficiency
• Liaising with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Tracking vehicle, trailer and equipment movements across the network
• Maintaining accurate transport records and updating Transport Management Systems (TMS)
• Providing drivers with job information, documentation and operational support
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety requirements and compliance obligations
