Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Burwood East, Victoria, seeks a fixed-term full-time coordinator to manage volunteer instructors and act as the main liaison between Learning & Development and volunteers. You will streamline recruitment, oversee onboarding, and promote professional development to strengthen support for CFA volunteers.

You will recruit, onboard, and engage volunteers, track capacity regionally, and collaborate with partners to upskill and deliver instructor events.

Formación

• Ability to manage and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating volunteer recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prepare high-quality correspondence and reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to support users of tools and processes.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems to maintain accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end coordination of recruitment activities and onboarding for volunteer instructors.
• Assess volunteer instructor capacity and report to improve engagement.
• Upskill volunteers and monitor their ongoing professional development.
• Coordinate and support delivery of volunteer instructor events.
• Accurately record in the CFA LMS and provide additional support and training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
