Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Victoria seeks a fixed-term full-time Learning & Development Coordinator for the North East Region. You will coordinate volunteer instructors, streamline recruitment, onboard staff, and promote professional development to strengthen support for CFA volunteers.

You will liaise with the Learning & Development team, track instructor capacity, and help deliver events while maintaining accurate LMS records.

Competenze

Experience coordinating volunteer recruitment processes and onboarding.
Ability to manage multiple workflows and prepare high-quality reports and correspondence.
Experience using Learning Management Systems to maintain records.
Understanding of compliance and regulatory environments.

Mansioni

End-to-end coordination of recruitment activities and onboarding processes for volunteer instructors.
Assess volunteer instructor capacity within the region and report to the Manager of Learning & Development.
Work with the Manager of Learning & Development to upskill volunteer instructors and monitor their professional development.
Coordinate and support delivery of volunteer instructor events.
Accurately record within the CFA LMS and provide training support.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Group Training Coordinators, Brigade Training Coordinators and Assistant Chief Fire Officers.
