MJM Recruit seeks a Regional Business Development Manager specializing in cladding to grow sales across Victoria, with a focus on Somerton. You will open doors, develop relationships, identify projects, and win new business while leveraging an extensive building products portfolio.

The role reports to the National Sales Manager and requires building strong relationships with builders, contractors and developers to deliver effective cladding solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience within the cladding / building industry.
• Strong technical and product knowledge of cladding systems and applications.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing sales.
• Established relationships within the building and construction industry.
• Experience selling complementary building products advantageous.
• Excellent solution-selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, resilient and results-driven approach.
• Strong territory management and organisational skills.
• Autonomy and accountability to work independently and deliver results.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify, pursue and secure new cladding business across Victoria.
• Drive sales growth through Somerton and the wider Victorian branch network.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across timber, flooring, formwork, structural products, frames and trusses and other building products.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, developers and industry stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and engage decision-makers early.
• Provide knowledgeable, solutions-focused advice on cladding products and applications.
• Develop new accounts while maximising opportunities within existing customers.
• Manage quotations, pricing, negotiations and sales opportunities.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, CRM activity and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with branch teams to convert opportunities into profitable sales.
