Job summary

Siteforce Recruitment Pty Ltd is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee site operations across South East Queensland and Northern NSW for walling, cladding, flooring systems and architectural coatings.

The role requires a strong residential construction background and proven leadership to guide the Supervisor team, manage key builder relationships and drive quality, safety and program performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong residential construction background; commercial experience valued.
• Experience leading supervisors and multiple teams.
• Proven track record as Construction Manager or senior operations.
• Ability to manage builder relationships and handle challenging conversations.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, site coordination, safety.
• Willingness to travel SEQ & Northern NSW.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage Supervisor team.
• Oversee installation works on multiple projects.
• Manage senior builder relationships and resolve issues.
• Coordinate supervisors, crews, deliveries and schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and implement solutions.
• Ensure quality and safety across sites.
• Review drawings and installation requirements.
• Use digital reporting to monitor performance.
• Report priorities and risks to management.
