Access Covers Australia is seeking an experienced Victorian Sales Manager to lead and develop the Victorian sales team from our Tullamarine head office. You will drive revenue, build strong customer relationships and manage key accounts across civil infrastructure and construction sectors.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales engagement, monitoring pipelines, forecasts and performance to achieve ambitious growth while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management capabilities.
• Experience developing customer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements and securing new business.
