Job summary

You will take full P&L ownership, drive operations, commercial performance and strategic growth, while building high‑performing teams and delivering projects safely and profitably.

Reporting to the CEO, you will shape culture, optimise systems, manage risk and nurture key stakeholder relationships across customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within construction materials, building products, manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability in the construction sector.
• Track record of leading operational teams and driving business performance.
• Experience building capability, developing people and creating high-performance cultures.
• Ability to lead through growth, change and organisational scaling.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
