Job summary

Adbri Masonry invites a driven sales professional to lead regional Victoria accounts. You will build strong relationships with builders, resellers and contractors, uncover new opportunities and support successful construction projects across bricks, blocks and pavers.

You will travel across your territory, engage with customers, and coordinate with the Campbellfield and Bendigo sites for training and meetings. A proactive attitude and a commercial mindset are essential for delivering growth.

Qualifications

• Proven account management with a track record of growing new customers.
• Experience selling masonry, building materials or related industrial products is highly regarded.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience using Salesforce (desirable).
• Intermediate MS Office and Excel skills.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across regional Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial and residential customers across regional Victoria.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
• Develop relationships with builders, resellers, contractors and construction stakeholders.
• Promote Adbri Masonry’s concrete masonry products (bricks, blocks, pavers).
• Prepare quotations and maintain customer activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and delivery outcomes.
• Resolve customer inquiries and act as the main contact for product and service issues.
• Achieve sales targets across revenue, margin, volume and customer retention.
• Monitor market activity to identify opportunities to increase market share.
