Job summary

Next Level Personnel is seeking a Service Advisor in Sydney, NSW. The role focuses on greeting guests, coordinating appointments, and communicating vehicle issues clearly to customers.

You will quote parts and labour, keep guests informed on service progress, and ensure timely invoice closure. The successful candidate will have strong customer service, writing and speaking skills, and a valid manual transmission license, enabling effective fault rectification explanations and maintenance

Qualifications

• Outstanding guest service and presentation skills are highly valued.
• Strong focus on process, quality, results and CSI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license including manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to the dealership's service department.
• Book and manage guest appointments.
• Explain vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications clearly.
• Obtain accurate parts and labour prices for guests.
• Keep guests updated on servicing progress.
• Handle guest complaints and resolutions promptly.
• Prepare invoices and close repair orders.
• Suggest maintenance schedules for future service needs.
