Job summary

Bathurst Motor Group in Bathurst NSW is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Automotive Trades team. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and managing the service delivery process for our clients.

Experience is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will greet customers, provide estimates, liaise with the workshop, and maintain clear records while promoting additional services. A driver’s license is required.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the service delivery process for our valued clients.
