Job summary

Riello UPS Australia is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and cultivate new business opportunities across data centres, commercial facilities, and industrial customers. You will build strong relationships with clients, partners, and consultants, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare proposals for UPS and standby power solutions.

You will work with technical and service teams to align customer needs with suitable offerings, conduct market research, and contribute to sales

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in power systems or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate technical products into clear commercial solutions for clients.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with pipeline forecasting and sales reporting experience.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences and professional proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across key market segments (data centres, commercial facilities, industrial customers).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and consultants.
• Manage the sales pipeline and prepare proposals and tenders for UPS and standby power solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to align customer requirements with products and services.
• Represent Riello UPS Australia at industry events and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience.
