Job summary

UPS is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative for an 8-month temporary contract in Sydney. You will support the field sales team with CRM updates, lead qualification, and opportunity management, while helping drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

The role offers exposure to sales processes, account management activities, and opportunities for progression into Inside Sales Executive or Account Executive roles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, telesales, business development, or administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable conducting outbound customer calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience using CRM systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with opportunity creation, updates and maintenance in CRM systems.
• Assist with lead management, qualification and distribution.
• Monitor pipeline hygiene and ensure customer records are accurate.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards and performance tracking updates.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate appointments and opportunities.
• Assist with customer follow-ups on proposals, quotations and service inquiries.
• Support customer retention and win-back campaigns.
• Coordinate customer communications on behalf of Account Executives.
• Prepare customer proposals, pricing requests and sales presentations.
• Support campaign execution and lead generation.
