Job summary

Mission Critical Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Support UPS Specialist to join our growing team in Sydney. You will be the link between sales, customers, distributors and internal stakeholders, delivering technical advice, accurate quotations and compliant UPS solutions.

You will review customer specs, assist with UPS sizing and tender documents, prepare proposals, and help manage opportunities from enquiry to order, contributing to sales targets with strong service and technical

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales support or technical sales within UPS/power protection.
• Experience preparing technical quotations and reviewing tenders.
• Understanding of UPS systems, battery configurations and power conditioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to visit customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical enquiries from end users and distributors.
• Prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals and specifications for UPS systems.
• Assist with UPS sizing, battery sizing, and related equipment.
• Review customer specifications and tender documents to develop compliant solutions.
• Support the sales process from enquiry through quotation, follow-up and order placement.
• Participate in meetings and product discussions to support sales opportunities.
• Follow up quotations and leads to maximise conversion and achieve targets.
• Manage incoming calls and emails with timely, professional responses.
• Maintain records in the CRM and generate weekly/monthly sales reports.
