SEARMS Community Housing Aboriginal Corporation in NSW is seeking a Domestic and Family Violence Caseworker to support women and children experiencing DFV, homelessness or housing insecurity. This is a permanent full-time role based in Eurobodalla with a 38-hour week and after-hours on-call duties.

You will deliver culturally safe, trauma-informed, client-centred case management, perform risk assessments, safety planning and coordinate referrals to housing, legal and health services.

Qualifications

• Qualification in social work or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver trauma-informed, victim-survivor-led case management and support.
• Conduct DFV risk assessments and safety planning with clients.
• Support access to safe housing, legal aid, and health services.
• Collaborate with police, DFV services and housing providers.
• Maintain confidential records and comply with safeguarding and information-sharing requirements.
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster.
