Women’s Community Shelters (WCS) is seeking an experienced Case Worker to join a professional team delivering trauma-informed support to women and their children in Penrith LGA. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will provide case management, outreach to clients and collaboration with support services to help clients address needs and achieve planned goals.

The role requires relevant qualifications in Social Work or related field, at least 2 years in DFV contexts, strong IT skills,

• Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or related field.
• Must have client-centred and trauma-informed approach.
• Experience in DFV context is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide trauma-informed case management support to women with or without children.
• Engage in outreach to women, children and support services in Penrith LGA.
• Coordinate with service providers to address clients' needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate case notes and support plans.
• Demonstrate professional integrity and accountability.
