Job summary

Be Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated DFSV case manager in the Hawkesbury region, NSW. You will provide specialist, trauma-informed, client-centred case management to young women aged 16–25 experiencing domestic, family and sexual violence, combining direct support with mentoring for the wider team.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, safety planning, referrals, advocacy, training, and thorough documentation. A tertiary DFSV qualification and relevant checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in DFSV services.
• Knowledge of DFSV risk assessment and safety planning.
• Trauma-informed practice and strengths-based approach.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check; driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist DFSV case management, risk assessments and safety planning.
• Support and advocate for young people in complex circumstances.
• Coordinate referrals and collaboration with community services.
• Provide specialist advice, coaching and mentoring to colleagues.
• Contribute to training and workforce capability development.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
