Job summary

Domestic Violence NSW Service Management T/A Human & Co is seeking a DFV Worker for Crisis Support in Western Sydney. The fixed-term role runs from 1 November 2026 to 30 June 2027, four days per week, with flexibility based on experience.

You will assist women and children escaping domestic violence with immediate support and housing options. Work alongside DFV Practitioners, providing practical and administrative support, and participate in supervision and ongoing development within a

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Community Services or Diploma in Counselling (essential).
• Training in DFV and trauma informed practice (desirable).
• NSW WWCC and National Police Check required prior to commencement.
• NSW Driver Licence required; driving/ outreach is core to the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to women and children in crisis.
• Assist with temporary accommodation and housing options.
• Coordinate access to financial relief and emergency support.
• Record case notes and complete routine reports.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
