Job summary

Mission Australia is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in Cootamundra to deliver trauma-informed, client-centred support for adult and child victim-survivors of domestic and family violence. You will work within an integrated service model with local partners to promote safety, empowerment and long‑term wellbeing.

You will provide risk assessments, develop tailored case plans, coordinate referrals to legal, housing, health and counselling services, and engage with families and communities to

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or Associate Diploma with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated case management and intervention delivery skills.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed, culturally safe, person-centred support.
• Experience in DV/Justice context desirable.
• Current NSW Driving Licence; First Aid/ CPR; police checks and Working with Children clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk and needs assessments.
• Develop individualised case plans with clients.
• Provide ongoing support, advocacy and referrals.
• Engage with children and young people where appropriate.
• Support clients using violence through information and coordinated safety planning.
• Utilise brokerage funds to support safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to data reporting.
• Participate in interagency collaboration and service promotion.
