DGL Logistics, LLC is seeking a practical, organized transport coordinator to join our Ipswich area team. This full-time role supports safe, efficient transport operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate requests, allocate resources, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with NHVAS/CoR standards while maintaining strong communication with customers and colleagues across Australia.

Formación

• Experience in transport operations and coordination.
• Knowledge of NHVAS, CoR fatigue management, and mass management requirements.
• Strong route planning and asset management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and basic WMS/TMS software.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and allocate transport requests and deliveries.
• Determine subcontractor requirements for the defined portfolio.
• Monitor and manage assigned customer tanks/portfolio for DIFOT.
• Ensure scheduled maintenance and repairs are completed timely.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards.
• Liaise with customers to resolve issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
