• Strong organizational skills and prioritization under busy conditions.
• Clear and confident communication with customers, drivers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Keep daily transport admin running smoothly across the network.
• Manage manifests and ensure freight is dispatched and delivered accurately.
• Track freight movements and address delays before they become problems.
• Keep customers updated with timely, helpful updates.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance, servicing, and compliance schedules.
• Support the Fleet Controller with driver compliance and daily operations.
• Contribute across the team during busy periods.
• Identify improvements and help implement them.
