Based in Mackay, this permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a focus on reliable, efficient administration and excellent customer service within the transport sector.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience in the transport industry.
• Motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Great attitude and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising closely with selected customers via phone and email support.
• First point of call for walk-in customers.
• Booking in new jobs into our scheduling system.
• Fast paced environment.
• Supporting the transport coordinators on a daily basis.
• Supporting all other team members when required.
