Job summary

Hitachi Global Air Power Australia in Mackay is seeking a customer service professional to coordinate administration and scheduling for our Field Service Technicians. You will keep customers informed and help ensure jobs run smoothly in a busy team environment.

You will manage work orders in our CRM, liaise with parts and travel times across Mackay, prepare quotations, and assist with contractor management forms. Experience in SAP or CRM systems and MS Outlook/Excel is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a phone-based customer service environment with strong customer expectations management.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Experience with SAP or CRM systems would be beneficial.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of Mackay region for travel planning.

Responsibilities

• Addressing customer queries and providing support.
• Preparing pre-qualification contractor management forms.
• Managing technician site access and induction requests if required.
• Raising, scheduling, and maintaining work orders in our CRM system.
• Providing service quotations to customer requests.
