More Air Group is seeking a Junior Administration to join our team in Mackay. This is an excellent entry point to develop administration skills in a busy service and workshop environment. The successful applicant will be reliable, organised, keen to learn, and comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers.

Full training will be provided. Applicants must have Australian work rights and a current C Class driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability, organisation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Counter sales and assisting customers
• Processing invoices and general job administration
• Answering telephone enquiries
• General administration and office support
• Scheduling and quoting of equipment maintenance and project work
• Raising and arranging purchase orders
• Packing and dispatching parts
• Collecting parts and supplies as required
• General housekeeping and keeping the office, workshop and work areas tidy
• Providing general support to the service and workshop team
