Job summary

Attribute Group is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst at EVT HQ in Sydney for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead LEAN improvement initiatives, map current and future processes, and partner with Data Engineering to evaluate automation and AI opportunities, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.

You’ll standardise work, manage multiple projects, and influence stakeholders from frontline teams to senior leaders, delivering clear benefits and sustained changes

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying LEAN principles in an operational environment.
• Proven skill in process mapping and value stream mapping, including facilitating workshops.
• Practical experience running FMEA and acting on the results.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading LEAN improvement projects from diagnosis through to implementation and benefits tracking.
• Spotting waste, bottlenecks and variation in processes, recommending practical solutions.
• Embedding standard work so improvements stick and can be repeated.
• Identifying automation or AI opportunities and working with Data Engineering to assess feasibility.
• Creating and maintaining current-state and future-state process maps.
• Developing value stream maps to show value-adding and non-value-adding activities.
• Using data and time studies to quantify opportunities and running FMEA to identify risks.
• Supporting audit programs by identifying recurring failures and root causes.
• Engaging stakeholders from frontline teams to senior leaders and reporting progress.
