EVT HQ is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst in Sydney to drive Lean improvements across operations and support teams. You will map current-state processes, identify waste, and design future-state solutions using LEAN, SIPOC, and value-stream maps, partnering with Data Engineering on automation opportunities.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience in LEAN, FMEA, and multi-project delivery.

Qualifications

• Lean principles applied in operational environments.
• Process mapping and value stream mapping, including workshops.
• Practical experience running FMEA and acting on results.
• Strong analytical skills turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead LEAN improvement projects from diagnosis through to implementation and benefits tracking.
• Spot wast e, bottlenecks and variation in processes; recommend practical solutions.
• Embed standard work so improvements stick and can be repeated.
• Identify processes for automation or AI; collaborate with Data Engineering.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps (SIPOC and swimlane maps).
• Develop value stream maps showing value-adding and non-value-adding activities and lead times.
• Use data and time studies to quantify opportunities.
• Run FMEA to identify risks and track corrective actions with owners.
• Support standards and audit programs by identifying recurring failures and root causes.
• Engage stakeholders from frontline to senior leaders; report progress and benefits.
