EVT HQ is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Sydney. You will lead LEAN projects, map current and future processes, identify automation or AI opportunities, and drive measurable improvements across operations and support teams.

You will work with data engineering to assess feasibility, develop SIPOC/swimlane maps, and track benefits while engaging stakeholders from frontline teams to senior leaders.
