Job summary

EVT HQ is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst to lead LEAN improvement initiatives and standardize processes across operations. You will map current and future states, identify automation or AI opportunities, and collaborate with data teams to quantify benefits.

You will drive cross-functional engagement with frontline teams and senior leaders, report progress, and ensure sustainable improvements through documentation and governance. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract located onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum LEAN experience in an operational setting.
• Experience in process and value stream mapping with workshops.
• Practical FMEA experience with corrective actions.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead LEAN improvement projects from diagnosis through implementation and benefits tracking.
• Identify waste, bottlenecks, and variations and propose practical solutions.
• Embed standard work to ensure improvements stick.
• Identify processes suitable for automation or AI with data engineering.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps (SIPOC, swimlane).
• Develop value stream maps and quantify lead times and handoffs.
• Use data and time studies to quantify opportunities and run FMEA.
