Job summary

Queensland Treasury Corporation seeks an experienced Change Manager for a 12‑month max term contract to work across the organisation with sponsors, leaders and project teams. You’ll deliver change outcomes, embed effective strategies and craft clear, engaging communications.

You will lead across transformation and technology initiatives, drive adoption, and design engagement, communication and training plans while coaching leaders and teams through accompanying change.

Qualifications

• Essential: tertiary qualification and change management certification.
• Mandatory: 10+ years’ experience delivering large‑scale organisational or technology change.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

With a strong focus on supporting our people through change, this role plays a critical part in understanding change impacts, embedding effective change strategies and delivering clear, engaging communications.

• Strong practical experience leading organisational change in complex environments

• Excellent communication,facilitationand stakeholder engagement skills

• A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to overcoming resistance and barriers

• The ability to remain calm and effective through ambiguity and transformation

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential: Tertiary qualification, change management certification, and 10+ years’ experience delivering large‑scale organisational or technology change

Desirable: Training qualification and experience in financial services or government environments
