Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a Change & Enablement professional to join our team on a 12-month maximum-term contract in Queensland. You will partner with leaders and project teams to assess change impacts, drive readiness and adoption, and deliver meaningful outcomes for our people.

You will apply data-driven insights to measure and improve change performance, support stakeholder engagement, and coach leaders across enterprise transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to assess change impacts, readiness and stakeholder needs.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to build relationships with leaders and project teams.
• Experience measuring change adoption and deriving actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Change Analysis & Planning – assess change impacts, readiness, risks and stakeholder needs to provide actionable insights.
• Adoption & Change Performance – measure, monitor and report on change effectiveness, readiness and adoption outcomes using data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – support targeted engagement and communication strategies that build awareness, understanding, commitment and stakeholder alignment.
• Change Management Delivery – support the development and execution of change strategies and plans that minimise risk and drive successful business transformation outcomes.
• Coaching & Advisory – act as a trusted change partner, working with leaders and stakeholders to deliver best-practice change management and people-focused transformation.
