Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between IT program teams and business areas, building relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and operational challenges.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, including workshops and executive briefings.
• Identify stakeholder impacts and resistance points, and design engagement approaches for readiness.
• Lead change, training and workforce readiness activities for new systems and processes.
• Manage stakeholder concerns and escalations, and broker solutions when business needs clash with technical constraints.
