Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years' experience as IT Change Manager, including BA activities.
• Proven track record in technology projects affecting business workflows.
• Excellent written communication for business cases and exec submissions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

• Plan, develop, and execute change management strategies aligned with project schedules.
• Create change, analytics, training plans and process maps.
• Elicit and document functional requirements through workshops.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess business impact and risk.
• Coordinate UAT, training needs analysis, and user guides.
