ABN Group is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join its Technology team in Melbourne for a two-year fixed-term contract. You will lead the people side of change across technology and business transformation, partnering with leaders and project teams to drive adoption and capability while delivering lasting outcomes.

You will be proactive, autonomous and skilled at navigating complexity, building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful change programs.

Qualifications

• Background in project management, learning, communications or human resources, with formal change management or project management qualifications.
• Proven track record of leading organisational change across technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities across strategic technology and business initiatives.
• Develop change strategies, impact assessments and readiness plans.
• Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions and stakeholder forums.
• Partner with project teams and business leaders to drive adoption of change.
• Use data and insights to measure adoption and embed sustainable behavioural change.
• Coach leaders and teams to build change capability across the business.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to support strategic priorities.
