Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a Change & Enablement professional for a 12-month maximum-term contract in Queensland. You will partner with leaders and project teams to assess change impacts, drive readiness and adoption, and deliver meaningful outcomes for our people.

You will support change delivery, measure adoption and provide data-driven insights to maximise business benefits, while engaging stakeholders and delivering effective communication strategies across the organization.

Qualifications

Experience delivering large-scale business transformations.
Ability to assess change impacts, readiness and stakeholder needs.
Proven capability to measure change adoption and outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

Assess change impacts, readiness and stakeholder needs to support delivery and adoption.
Measure and report on change readiness and adoption outcomes using data-driven insights.
Support the development and execution of change strategies and plans.
Coach and advise leaders and stakeholders on change management best practices.
