Job summary

Fantech is seeking an Internal Sales Representative for the Fantech Trade team at our Huntingwood office. You will support our wholesale network and customers, manage quotes, orders, and inquiries, and contribute to growth of the trade market.

The ideal candidate offers excellent customer service, proven sales ability, and strong communication skills, with experience in electrical wholesalers or contractors preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
• Proven sales skills with the ability to negotiate orders and solve problems.
• Experience with Electrical Wholesalers or Electrical Contractors preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on Fantech Trade projects.
• Engage with re-seller network across markets.
• Provide accurate and timely quotes.
• Process purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Handle telephone sales and enquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience for internal and external customers.
