Job summary

Spiral Duct Australia Pty Ltd – Braeside VIC is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to handle day-to-day internal sales, respond to customer enquiries, process orders and follow up on quotations. A sound technical understanding of HVAC and ductwork is preferred to provide accurate advice and support while collaborating with production and the wider sales team.

You will maintain high levels of customer service, manage quotes and orders in the CRM, and work closely with dispatch to confirm

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service within HVAC, mechanical services or construction industries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proactive, results-driven approach with focus on service quality.
• Ability to learn HVAC product details quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding pricing, lead times and product specifications.
• Provide accurate HVAC product knowledge to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations to maximise orders.
• Provide order status updates and respond to account queries.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Maintain quotes, orders and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Liaise with production and dispatch to confirm delivery timeframes and status.
• Communicate updates to internal sales team and departments.
• Assist with resolving customer queries related to orders, pricing or delivery.
