Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries on price and stock availability.
• Assist customers with technical fan selections and specifications.
• Provide project quotations by due dates and ensure requirements are met.
• Update CRM software with customer interactions.
• Identify potential customers through referrals and follow-ups.
• Develop ongoing, repeat business with new and existing customers.
• Process customer orders in line with operating procedures.
