Fantech Group in Huntingwood, NSW, is seeking a Customer service / Internal Sales Representative to support our trade customers and wholesalers. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, handling inbound sales enquiries, and processing orders.

You will build relationships, provide timely quotes, and ensure projects are followed up. The ideal candidate has strong communication and sales skills, with experience in electrical distribution preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• Proven sales skills with ability to negotiate and close orders.
• Experience with Electrical Wholesalers or Electrical Contractors is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Inbound telephone sales and enquiries handling.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience for external and internal customers.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Processing customer purchase orders.
• Providing accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that all Fantech Trade projects are proactively followed up.
