Fantech is seeking a proactive Customer service Officer to join the Trade Team at our Huntingwood office. You will support wholesalers and customers with sales inquiries, process orders, and help grow our trade market.

Customer service / Internal Sales Representative

We have an opportunity at our Huntingwood office for a forward-thinking and proactive Customer service Officer providing sales Support to join our Fantech Trade Team. With a focus on supporting our existing wholesaler network and customer base, the successful candidate will join a highly motivated sales team, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Fantech Trade market segment.

The Role

• Handling inbound telephone sales and enquiries
• Providing an exceptional customer experience for both external and internal customers
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
• Processing customer purchase orders
• Providing accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all Fantech Trade projects are proactively followed up

Who are you?

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
• Proven sales skills and the ability to negotiate orders and problem-solve
• Demonstrated previous experience with Electrical Wholesalers and or Electrical Contractors preferred but not essential
• Superior interpersonal skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills
