Job summary

Reece Group in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a customer-focused team member for our HVAC-R branch in St Leonards. You’ll support tradespeople and contractors with product access, quotes, and day-to-day branch operations.

Ideal candidates will bring retail or leadership experience, enjoy helping customers, and be computer-literate, with a valid driver’s licence. Forklift experience is a bonus, and career development is supported across our network.

About the role

As part of the Branch Staff team at HVAC-R in St Leonards, you’ll help tradespeople and contractors access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

A typical day involves:

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• We're looking for people with leadership potential and a growth mindset.
• Has previous experience in retail sales or leadership and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence. Forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally or within the broader network.
