Reece HVAC in Revesby is hiring for a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver. You will help tradespeople and contractors access products, provide quotes, and support branch operations with on-the-job training.

We value a growth mindset, with opportunities for upskilling, and a focus on customer satisfaction in a busy branch environment. A valid driver’s licence is required; forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

About the role

As part of the HVAC team in Revesby, you'll help tradespeople and contractors access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly. No trade experience? No Problem. We believe skills can be taught. Whether you're new to the industry or looking for your next career opportunity, we'll set you up for success with:

Your day-to-day

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

• Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver's licence.
