Reece Australia Pty Ltd invites applications for a Trade Counter Assistant in St Leonards. You will support tradespeople and contractors, offering product information and quotes in person or by phone, and help with stock control and deliveries from a company vehicle.

About the role

As part of the Branch Staff team at HVAC-R in St Leonards, you’ll help tradespeople and contractors access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:
