Reece HVAC in St Leonards is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to help tradespeople access products and keep the branch running smoothly. You’ll provide product information, quotes in person and over the phone, and assist with pick packing and deliveries.

This role suits those with leadership potential and a growth mindset, with retail or customer-service experience, a valid driver’s licence, and a willingness to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in retail sales or leadership and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Willing to learn new systems and use a computer.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence; forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.
