Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and creating a great experience from the moment they arrive.
• Understanding customer needs and accurately recording service and repair requirements.
• Managing service bookings and coordinating customer vehicles with the workshop.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process.
• Explaining servicing, repairs and recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Preparing quotes and communicating any additional work required.
• Working closely with technicians and the workshop team to keep everything moving.
• Handling customer enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Building genuine, long-term relationships with our customers.
• Following through on commitments and ensuring customers feel valued.
