Job summary

Sydney City Toyota in Waterloo, NSW, is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, manage check-ins, and liaise with the workshop to ensure timely repairs. You’ll prepare cost estimates, coordinate loan vehicles, and deliver exceptional service from drop-off to pick-up.

The role offers strong earning potential with base salary, commissions and bonuses, plus car and fuel incentives, and clear pathways to leadership within a supportive team.
