A Day in the Life

You will sit at the centre of the Service operation, owning the customer experience from arrival through to handover.

A large part of your day will be spent in the driveway, working directly with customers as they arrive and depart. With a fully undercover setup, you can focus on delivering a great experience without battling the elements.

Your day starts with getting across bookings and workflow, then it moves quickly. Customers arriving, vehicles being booked in, updates flowing between you and the workshop, and constant communication to keep everything running to schedule. Some moments require quick decisions; others require patience and clear communication.

Staying organised, thinking ahead and maintaining structure is key. Just as importantly, you will know how to have the right conversations, building trust, explaining things clearly and identifying opportunities to add value where it makes sense.

By the end of the day, it is about making sure every customer has been looked after properly, because that is what drives repeat business and strong results.

About You

You take pride in how you show up and how you deal with people.

You are confident in your communication, organised in your approach, and able to stay composed in a fast paced environment. You do not need to be chased, and you take ownership of your day.

If you have worked as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment, you will understand what this role demands and will be highly regarded. If you have not, but you have worked in a structured, customer facing role and can pick things up quickly, we are still open to a conversation.

A current and valid driver’s licence is essential for this role.

Most importantly, you are driven. You want to perform, earn well and build a long term career in the Automotive industry
