Patterson Cheney Cars and Trucks is seeking a Service Advisor at Chadstone Toyota to be the key liaison between customers, the workshop and parts departments. About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be the key connection between our customers, workshop and parts departments. You'll deliver a seamless service experience, build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to maximise service and maintenance sales.

About You

• Previous experience as a Dealership Service Advisor (essential)
• A strong focus on customer service and delivering a premium customer experience

• The ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
