Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee a diverse customer portfolio across Sydney and lower Newcastle, focusing on hazardous and chemical waste solutions. You will grow relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and drive sustainable, compliant waste management across multiple sites.

You will leverage the company’s capabilities to deliver technical, compliant, and efficient waste solutions, balancing field work with office duties and reporting on performance to shape

Qualifications

• B2B technical sales experience and relationship-building strength.
• Ability to read Safety Data Sheets and analyse accordingly.
• Background in technical sales, waste, or transport & logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
• CRM experience and MS Office skills; balance office time vs field time.

Responsabilités

• Grow and nurture customer relationships across the North Eastern Sydney and Lower Newcastle regions.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and major re-signs.
• Champion sustainable waste-management solutions to support business growth.
• Drive proactive sales activity and guide customers through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate across Cleanaway business units to deliver integrated solutions.
• Report on financial and sales performance to influence business decisions.
