Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or territory/account management with a proven ability to hit targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills across diverse industries.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close long-term contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, secure and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and expand market share.
• Grow and manage an existing customer portfolio to improve retention and value.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Negotiate new contracts, renewals and service agreements in line with commercial objectives.
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored waste management solutions.
• Achieve sales budgets, revenue targets and KPIs through territory/account management.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, opportunities and contracts in Salesforce.
• Monitor sales performance and report on opportunities for improvement.
