Cleanaway is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee and grow a diverse portfolio across Sydney and lower Newcastle, delivering hazardous and chemical waste solutions. You will leverage our capabilities to provide compliant, safe and efficient waste management while building strong customer relationships.

Based in Homebush, Glendenning or Kooragang, you will champion sustainable waste solutions, manage sales cycles, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and deliver results for

Qualifications

• Proven B2B technical sales experience and relationship-building strength.
• Ability to read Safety Data Sheets and analyse accordingly.
• Background in technical sales, waste, or transport & logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow and nurture customer relationships across the North Eastern Sydney and Lower Newcastle regions.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and major re-signs.
• Champion sustainable waste-management solutions to support business growth.
• Drive proactive sales activity and guide customers through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate across Cleanaway business units to deliver integrated solutions.
• Report on financial and sales performance to influence business decisions.
